Green Peptide is a privately-held drug discovery company dedicated to the development and commercialization of personalized canncer vaccines.
Green Peptide was founded by three tumor immunologists at the Department of Immunology, Kurume University School of Medicine in May of 2003, with its primary focus to develop new cancer vaccine programs based on their basic and clinical research outcomes in the field of specific cancer immunotherapy. The firm's strategy is to develop highly personalized peptide vaccine for cancer patients as a new class of treatment that effectively stimulates the secondary immune response and is clinically viable for treatment of the life threatening diseases. The company's lead program is in Phase 1/2 clinical development in Japan.
